Crowne Plaza - Caparica Lisbon Hotel Costa da Caparica, Costa da Caparica

My recent stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. While the pool area and spa facilities were excellent and provided a nice retreat, the dining experience left much to be desired, especially with limited breakfast options. The location offered peace and quiet, but it was a bit remote which made transportation a hassle without a car. Overall, I felt the hotel had potential but could improve in some areas to make it a truly enjoyable stay.

The hotel has wonderful facilities like spacious rooms and a nice pool area, which made for a pleasant stay. However, the service was lacking, particularly at reception and the pool bar, which impacted the overall experience. The breakfast options were decent, but there were cleanliness issues. Overall, it feels like the hotel has potential but currently falls short due to management inefficiencies.
